In a pale yellow straw-colored, bright and shiny, White Freamat is a blend of Feteasca Alba (80%) and Feteasca Regala (20%).
It welcomes you with a fruity nose, with aromas of peach, acacia and very ripe citrus fruits.
The body is round, full, with a balanced acidity that leaves an impression of freshness and sharpness.
The fruity taste evokes nectarines. Later, notes of honey and acacia flowers appear.

- Slow, steady pressing;
- Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures;
- 2 months on the lees with stirring at regular intervals.
