suplu, floral, \u0219i apoi de un gust dominat de\u00a0note complexe de citrice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Edi\u021bie limitat\u0103, 1.603 sticle.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>THE MAIN STAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS WINE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Slow and progressive pressing for an optimal extraction of aromas;<\/li>\n<li>Alcoholic fermentation performed by selected yeasts. 80% of volumes in new 225 L Romanian oak barrels with medium roast and 20% in stainless tanks with controlled temperature;<\/li>\n<li>Aging on fine lees for 8 months, 80% volume in barriques and 20% in stainless steel tanks with periodic stirring of
