This blend of Merlot (70%), Cabernet Sauvignon (15%), and Cabernet Franc (15%) is a fruity and complex ruby-colored wine.
The bouquet is dominated by aromas of forest fruits (raspberries, strawberries, currants).
It is a rich, powerful and elegant wine at the same time. The round, fine, velvety texture with balanced tannins is accompanied by a rich taste of bitter cherries, prunes and black currants.
THE MAIN STAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS WINE
- Hand harvested in small crates;
- Pre fermentation maceration for 4 days to extract colour and aromas;
- Alcoholic fermentation performed by indigenous yeasts;
- Macerare post-fermentativă de 10 zile pentru extragerea taninurilor
- Malolactic fermentation performed by indigenous yeasts;
