This wine is a blend of Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet franc and Cabernet sauvignon. With a currant pink color, this wine offers fresh and fruity aromas. The taste is fresh, round, with pleasant acidity and an aromatic finish of strawberries and peaches.
THE MAIN STAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS WINE
- Maceration for a few hours to extract aromas and color,
- Slow and progressive pressing with the addition of nitrogen, to avoid the oxidation of aromas,
- Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures;
- 2 months on the lees with stirring at regular intervals.
