This red wine is 100% Syrah.
Its dark garnet red color is the prelude to an intense and nuanced nose of spices, black fruits, leather, and a fresh, ample, dense, long, peppery palate with very fine tannins.

THE MAIN STAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS WINE
- Hand harvested in small crates;
- Pre fermentation maceration for 10 days to extract colour and aromas;
- Alcoholic fermentation performed by indigenous yeasts;
- Post fermentation maceration for 10 days to extract tannins;
- Malolactic fermentation performed by indigenous yeasts;
- Aging of 100% of the volume during 18 months on fine lees in 225 L romanian barrels.
