THE MAIN STAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS WINE
Maceration for a few hours to extract aromas and color,
Slow and progressive pressing with the addition of nitrogen, to avoid the oxidation of aromas,
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures;
2 months on the lees with stirring at regular intervals.
